What is a webinar??
A webinar is a seminar held over the internet. Each webinar of our Teacher Development Certificate course is one hour long and is held by academics from EF language schools as well as other well-known educational institutions such as the Oxford University Press.
You will be charged for participating in the webinar?
No, the webinars are free for teachers from all over the world.
What do I have to do to get a certificate at the end of the course??
First of all, you have to register to participate in all six online sessions. There will be no check at the end, but there will be a list of participants at the end of each session. There you have to register, so that your participation in the webinar can be understood. Certificates can not be issued unless all six sessions are visited.
Can I also watch the webinars at a different time than the specified time??
After each live session, an e-mail with a link to record the last session will be sent to all registered participants.
Can I also download the webinars??
No, the individual webinars can not be downloaded. However, you can watch the webinars retroactively online until the end of the sessions. You will receive a link to the recording after the live webinar.
Do I have to buy lesson materials or course books??
No, you do not have to buy course materials or course books. It is recommended to take notes during the webinars. This will make it easier to answer the questions at the end of a session.
Can I ask questions during each webinar??
Yes, you can ask questions during each webinar. There is a group chat on the left side of the screen. There you can ask your question and it will be answered during the webinar.
How and when do I receive my certificate??
After successful participation in all six sessions, you will receive your personal certificate by e-mail following the sessions.
Is the certificate an officially recognized certificate of completion?
The Teacher Development Certificate is not equivalent to a university degree; It is considered a personal enrichment and can be enclosed with applications.

When can I register for the EF Teacher Development Certificate Webinars??
You can register until the last session of the webinar, even if you missed the previous sessions – there is still the possibility to retrieve the previous sessions online up to 10 days after the last webinar.
