How often do you have to come to the practice?

Retention of the teeth is a very important factor in any orthodontic treatment. What is a Retainer? There are two different ways to fix the teeth. Either a thin gold wire is made in the in-house laboratory, which is not attached to the inside of the teeth disturbing adhesive. This retainer should be worn for at least 7 years and in some cases longer. Another alternative is specially made retainer rails, which only have to be worn at night.

Only by the retainer technique can you keep the straightened teeth permanently in the normal position.
