taster & Co.

A degree or rather an apprenticeship – what you want you do not know yet? The decision for or against studying is not always easy. Even if you feel born to study, how do you just decide between all the programs so that it fits in the end?

The fact is: there is no one hundred percent certainty, but you can do a lot to get to know your degree program well in advance and to test whether the content also fits your interests. How to do it we will show you below.

Collect your interests and strengths

Take a leaf and write down all the things you find interesting. Which topics were exciting for you already in school, where would you like to work later and how do you prefer to work: Are you more of a theoretical type or do you prefer to tackle things with you? Likewise, you should check your strengths with regard to your studies – for example, if you are thinking logically, scientific studies like math or physics are probably optimal for you. In subjects like law or psychology, on the other hand, you have to learn a lot by heart.

Once you know what’s important to you, our study scout can give you some suggestions for study programs that you may not have discovered yet.
