If you are serious about bargain hunting, you should get up early and make your way to Lichterfelde. Apart from a few dealers who charge horrible prices for rusty tools, there are usually private sellers behind the stands who just want to get rid of their things. The market is large and is visited by many families. This is where the early bird really catches the worm, because many sellers pack up again two hours before the end.
