(c) With the booking the visitor offers the host the conclusion of a guest accommodation contract binding. The visitor is bound by this offer until the written confirmation or refusal of the host. After booking, the visitor will receive a written, verbal, telephone or electronic confirmation of booking, upon receipt of which the guest accommodation contract is concluded. The visitor undertakes to check these immediately after receipt for their correctness.
(d) The booking can be made verbally, in writing, by telephone, by fax or electronically (online booking, e-mail).
(e) Decisive for the services to be provided are only the descriptions, illustrations and price information in the object descriptions on www.landsichten.de.
(f) If the host submits a special offer to the visitor at his request, this is contrary to the above regulations a binding contract offer from the host to the visitor. 3. Payment
(a) About Landsichten.de no payments are settled. The payment is exclusively directly through the host.
(b) The remuneration for the services provided for accommodation, additional services and ancillary costs is due at the end of the visitor’s stay and payable to the host, unless a different agreement has been made between the host and the visitor (such as a deposit) , There is no entitlement to credit card payments. The same applies to the payment at the end of the stay by bank transfer.
4. Withdrawal / cancellation
(a) The visitor can withdraw from the contract at any time.
(b) Decisive is the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal vis-à-vis the host. The declaration of withdrawal should be made in writing in the interest of the visitor.
(c) If applicable, depending on the offer of the respective host, cancellation fees will be charged.
(d) The conclusion of a cancellation insurance is recommended.
5. Privacy
(a) In the case of a booking, the personal data of the visitor are recorded. Land views collects, processes and uses the information that becomes known to it in accordance with statutory provisions.
(b) Except in the following cases, data will not be disclosed or disclosed to third parties:

- with consent to the transmission

6. Liability of land views

7. Final provisions
(a) If one of the above provisions is or becomes ineffective, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain valid. The effectiveness of the contract as a whole remains unaffected. Any ineffectiveness of the brokered accommodation contract does not affect the travel agency contract.
(b) German law applies. Place of fulfillment is Berlin. With respect to merchants or persons who do not have a general German place of jurisdiction, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Otherwise the legal jurisdiction applies. The visitor can sue land views only at its seat.
(c) In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use or a reasonable suspicion that there has been a violation, Landsichten is at all times entitled to exclude the visitor from the use of this website and the corresponding service offers.
