For bathing pleasure in the Bodensee we recommend that Strandbad Allensbach. This offers an exceptionally beautiful view over Lake Constance. Especially on early summer days, it is an insider tip, since the Lower Lake is according to experience, warmer than the Obersee.

tip: Especially at the weekends and in the summer holidays, the parking situation is difficult. We therefore recommend that you use public transport or ride a bicycle.

Shopping in Allensbach

In the industrial area you will find some outlet shops: Among others, the shoe manufacturer Birkenstock and the clothing store Trigema are represented here.

If you prefer to do a long shopping trip, you’ll find everything your heart desires in Konstanz. However, we recommend that you take the train, as in the city center the traffic often jams and parking is in short supply.
