Annette Kast-Zahn, born in 1956, is a qualified psychologist and trained behavioral therapist. She first worked in a home for children with behavioral problems and then for five years in a child psychology practice. Dr. med. Hartmut Morgenroth, born in 1940, studied medicine in Germany and Ireland. In the United States, he trained as a pediatrician. For five years he was a pediatrician in Tanzania, then a senior physician in a Düsseldorf hospital. Since 1982 Dr. Morgenroth resident pediatrician. During a stay in the USA, he gained valuable experience in solving sleeping problems in babies and toddlers with Prof. Ferber at his children’s sleep center in Boston.
