you can fish from our fishing jetty at the Granzower See. You can obtain fishing permits at the reception on presentation of your fishing licence. If you do not have a fishing licence, you can purchase a tourist fishing licence at our Minimarina.

From April to October we offer children, youth and sports animation. Please pay attention to our weekly changing notices at the reception or in the park.
Arrival and departure
Your rooms will be available from 16:00. We ask you to vacate your rooms by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please put the dishes back in the cupboards after washing. Late departure by 5 p.m. is usually possible, but is subject to a charge (35.00 euros). Please indicate your wish in good time – at the time of reservation or check-in.

From April to October we offer free archery (with supervision) on the sports field for our house guests. Please see our notices for dates.
boat hire
The Kuhnle-Tours company provides you with motor boats, rowing boats and pedal boats at our jetty. The employees can be reached free of charge at the park’s internal telephone number 4383.
Shopping
In the holday shop next to the reception you can buy small everyday items – including stamps and postcards. Fresh bread rolls are available there from 07.30 am in the morning. In Mirow (approx. 5 minutes by car) you will also find Aldi, Penny, Netto and Edeka.
Relax
Enjoy a soothing massage or a cosmetic treatment in the wellness oasis “MirowSpa”. You will find the wellness oasis “MirowSpa” on the lowest floor of our house. You can make an appointment under the internal telephone number 4355. You will find the current offers in this folder as an attachment.

If you arrive with your own bicycles, there is a bicycle room in the basement.

Our bicycle rental in the holiday park Mirow not far from the Aparthotel Seepanorama has bicycles for all age groups, whether tandem, child seats with trailer, choose according to your wishes. Bicycle hire can be reached free of charge on the internal number 4385.

Near the beach the canoe station Granzow lends canoes and kayaks in many sizes and also organizes water hikes.

During the high season, the Adlerhorst (next to the main reception) offers a daily changing animation program. You can check the programme at the reception or in the showcases.

Our facility is located below the hotel, rackets and balls can be rented for a fee of 2,00 €uro per racket/for 2 hours at the reception.

Numerous free parking spaces are available for our guests. Each apartment has its own parking place. Your apartment number is also your parking number.
You are welcome to leave your mail at the hotel reception. This will be sent daily.
restaurant
In the hotel you will find a restaurant Seerose, which is open daily from 8.00 – 11.00 for breakfast (buffet). Breakfast costs 9,90 Euro per person. (From 2020: 10,90 Euro) Children from 4 to 12 years pay 5,00 Euro. Children under 4 years of age have breakfast free of charge. Further pedestrian restaurants in Mirow / Granzow are “Das Pannkuchenhaus deluxe” and “Bistro Entenhausen”. In the period from mid-October to early April, the latter restaurants may be subject to restrictions on opening hours and winter closing days. Please contact the restaurants directly for information on the winter opening schedule. During the winter season, our reception/reservation can send you an overview of the opening times of the restaurants in Mirow and the surrounding area by e-mail from about one week before the beginning of the month. This will be prepared by the local tourist information Mirow/Wesenberg.
Reception
The reception is open daily from 8:00 – 21:00. We would like to point out that the outer door is locked outside reception hours. You can leave the hotel at any time, when entering you can easily open the outer door with your personal room key.
smoking
We’re a non-smoking hotel. We ask you not to smoke in our rooms. There are ashtrays in the apartments, but they can only be used on the terrace. We ask for your understanding.

The swimming pool is at your disposal free of charge. Towels can be rented for a fee.

Sports and playgrounds
Are available for each age group. Our adventure playground is located directly on the lake. On the sports field you can play football, basketball, volleyball or table tennis. In the “Wichtelstube” children can play under the supervision of their parents.
