We therefore offer you various additional services and appointment services that make your visit to us easier and more pleasant.

Overview of extras and services:
All about your appointment
Morning, evening and Saturday consultation hours: We are there for you from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday mornings!
Online appointment request: Send us your desired appointment online. We will then call you to coordinate the specific date.
Recall service: On request, we will remind you of your appointment in writing or by phone.
Medical history: Your first visit is coming soon? Fill out the anamnesis form at home and bring it with you to the practice.
anxiety patients
Dental fear can be forgotten through positive experiences. We pay special attention to you, take our time, discuss your dental problem and explain the examination and possible treatment step by step to you – we have a separate consultation room for this. Thanks to this careful preparation, most patients can reduce their fears.
If necessary, we can also resort to sedation with nitrous oxide or general anesthesia – for painless and anxiety-free treatments.
children
Children are not small adults. You need a different approach and often more time to adapt to the still unfamiliar situation in a dentist’s office. We have therefore set up our own children’s dentist’s office, where we can focus entirely on our youngest patients.

Operative interventions
Behavior tips: If an operation is pending, we will provide you with a leaflet with rules of conduct that you should observe before and after the procedure.
Control: After an intervention, we may inquire about your condition by telephone.
Photographic documentation
For larger dental work, a digital camera is available for photographic documentation, e.g. B. if we adapt dentures in the incisor area. So we can compare the initial situation with the end result.
Health insurance / insurance
On request, we will support you in communicating with your private or statutory health insurance if B. There are problems with the approval of the medical and cost plan.
