Are you a member of the University of Oldenburg and want to barbecue on the campus? No problem, we provide the right equipment for you.

You need a usage agreement from the room and event office (V01 0-005 and -006) for your event. You can find these here.
On our website the loan form can be filled in and the requested loan items can be requested. We will then process your request for you as soon as possible. We ask you therefore the form at least 3 working days before the event to fill out because otherwise it could lead to difficulties.
The loan items can be collected in the AStA against a deposit of 30 €, the presentation of a photo ID card (identity card) and the presentation of the user agreement. You are welcome to send us the usage agreement beforehand to [email protected].
The return is always on the following day – unless otherwise agreed. There you also get the deposit again. The signed user agreement has to be printed when collecting the items.

In this context, we also ask you to follow our instructions. In the calendar below you can see the booked dates.
