BactoFlor ® for children is a high-quality microbiological that consists of active and lactic acid-producing bacterial cultures in concentrated form. Due to the selection and concentration of the individual cultures, it is specially tailored to the intestinal flora of children and infants, so that the various development phases of the organism as well as the colonization of bacteria in the intestine depending on it are taken into account.

BactoFlor ® for children Due to the natural diversity of the intestinal flora, it is necessary to simultaneously feed several cultures that correspond to the respective stage of development of the intestine in order to achieve an optimal microbiological effect.
BactoFlor ® for children meets these physiological requirements due to the age-specific combination of nine complementary bacterial species and contains the following microorganisms:
As key germs, these species each perform independent, important functions and are precisely coordinated in their concentrations so that they complement each other in an optimal way. The broad spectrum also offers the advantage that all sections of the intestine can be reached, since lactobacilli have the ability to do so. settle in the small intestine and bifidobacteria in the large intestine.

BactoFlor ® for children contains three billion colony-forming units (CFU) per gram (equivalent to 1 measuring spoon or approx. 1/4 teaspoon) and thus provides the optimal number for the daily supply with physiological cultures in childhood.
Enteric stability
In order for lactic acid-producing bacteria to be able to exert their desirable properties, the largest possible number of them must be viable in the intestine. As microorganisms, however, they are generally very sensitive to the digestive juices and most cultures usually do not survive the gastric passage.
For this reason, only selected strains are used for BactoFlor ® for children that have proven that they naturally pass through the stomach without damage. It is therefore particularly robust crops that unfold a beneficial effectiveness. Furthermore, the natural gastric juice stability means that there is no need for auxiliary substances for a jacket, which are intended to protect unstable strains during passage through the stomach.

Bacterial cultures are metabolically active as microorganisms, so that they are subject to a constant loss of activity and concentration during storage. In order to maintain the concentrations in BactoFlor ® for children until the time of consumption, the cultures are therefore u. a. microencapsulated by an innovative process.
The microencapsulation gives their cell structure a significantly improved strength, so that they have an almost constant concentration over the entire storage period. The result is a high and constant quality as well as product safety, which is particularly important for bacterial cultures as living microorganisms.

BactoFlor ® for children is free of yeast, gluten, lactose, milk protein, genetically modified organisms as well as preservatives or sugars and is therefore particularly well suited for people with lactose intolerance or other food intolerances.
