Boarding school for children who are difficult to educate, stone mill

Learning, living, leisure: holistic development based on the Scandinavian model

The Steinmühle boarding school unites a boarding school and a state-recognized, privately run grammar school under one roof. We focus our pedagogical work on a closed and flexible funding concept. Our models are the very successful models of the Finnish schools. Then we continue to promote our high-performing students according to their abilities, while our underperforming girls and boys receive individual support. In our concept, parents of children who are difficult to bring up find a real alternative to normal school, in which the pressure to perform often hampers the upbringing and free development of talent.
