Our facility

We see ourselves as a family support and supplementary institution. The child should feel safe and secure with us. With our small groups, we offer your child a stable, family-friendly environment. At this point in time, every early childhood facility in Bavaria follows the guidelines of the Bavarian Education Plan. Accordingly, the first goal after fulfilling the basic needs is to strengthen the children in their basic skills. Here we focus on the age group from eight weeks to three years.

Personal competence:
The children should develop a positive self-concept, be supported in their natural curiosity and urge to learn, so that they can develop their cognitive skills. Under
We understand the self-concept as the basic assumptions that humans are good by nature and know what is good for them. The self-concept is the knowledge about yourself. The educational staff help the child to develop a positive self-concept by:
Giving differentiated, positive feedback for achievements, actively listening and verbalizing the child’s feelings. The child is enabled to improve his physical performance.

Competence to act in a social context:
The crib children make contacts, make friends and learn to make friends
care for. They should learn to deal appropriately with other people and develop sensitivity to their own feelings and those of others. It also becomes important Basics to solve conflicts and rules of conduct for conversations.

Learning methodological competence:
The acquisition of learning methodological competence takes place through dealing with content. Our
topic-centered approaches and methods adapt to the framework plans. We include seasons and themes, festivals and celebrations. Our children should be supported and instructed by the educators /Inside learn to actively explore their environment, to repeat what they have already experienced and to consolidate knowledge. Together we look for solutions and answers.
Not only learning offers like going into the forest or learning to count, promote the learning concept, but also the free spins. During free spins, the child has to make many decisions: what do I play? Where do I want to play? With who? And who do I ask? As a result, they learn rules, concentration, social behavior, gross and fine motor skills, patience and experiment.

Competence to deal with changes and stress (resilience):
Resilience is the ability to cope with changes and strains through one’s own skills and social resources. It is the basis for positive development, health, well-being and a high quality of life as well as the cornerstone for a competent handling of conflicts. Our children should learn to be able to withdraw, to say "no" and to take care of their own needs.
