You want to have your Bugaboo stroller repaired and your guarantee has expired?
Whether Cameleon, Donkey, Runner, Buffalo, Bee or another model: we take care of the repair of your Bugaboo stroller in our Stores in Berlin-Schöneberg and in Berlin-Mitte. If you are not from Berlin, that’s not a problem either. We will pick up your stroller, repair it and send it back to you after a short time.
How does our Bugaboo service in Berlin work?
First you make an appointment where you tell us the problem in advance. Please also indicate whether you would like to have a rental stroller so that we can inform you of the availability. If your Bugaboo is still under warranty, this is not the case for our Berlin Bugaboo Service Center. The guarantee exists i. d. Usually two years after purchase or three years if your stroller is registered with Bugaboo. In the event of a warranty claim, it is best to contact the dealer from whom you bought the stroller. If you are not sure whether you can still claim a guarantee, please contact us, we will be happy to help you!
Our Employee have received official Bugaboo buggy repair training and are certified to do so. Note that certain parts may only be replaced by certified Bugaboo service personnel to ensure the safety of the stroller.
Repairing Bugaboo: what we offer
We primarily offer the repair of wearing parts such as wheels, brakes, brake cables, brake levers, frames, joints, handles and seat frames for Bugaboo strollers and buggies. Unfortunately, we cannot repair any damage to the fabric. However, if the fabric of the carrycot is damaged, we’ll see if one new Cover set or a clothing set for the sunroof is a suitable solution for you. With the help of the cover set and clothing set (for baby bath and sun sail) you can replace the new fabric yourself if the fabric shows signs of wear or you want to bring a new color to the Bugaboo. 
How much does it cost to repair a Bugaboo stroller?
It always depends on what is broken, how much work is involved, what spare parts we need and so on. Please contact us for a free estimate.
