TraumMänners on Friday, October 25th in conclusion with Covermucke, now there is German Groove-Rock: The “Männers” have fulfilled their “dream” of bringing their own music to the stage with German lyrics, lots of fun and unbridled joy of playing. The result is straight rock, soulful blues, soulful funk, even a polka with squeeze comode is processed into groove. Music that doesn’t really fit in any drawer, but is unmistakably influenced by the handmade sound of the seventies. The lyrics tell, how can it be different, of course also of the great love, in “fire danger” enough … a look into your eyes already rises the temperature …, or “Again with me” of the futile … the love of the life with you – was never yours … but also of the world-weariness, when “The black bird” flies once again much too deeply, or of sorrowful men’s themes … clear, I don’t-make that- worry-yet not today-yet that’s enough too … “Tomorrow” too …

A live experience that proves that German songs can rock, groove and touch even off the beaten track.

The dream men are: James Nägele (the voice) Jörn Blesse (guitars) Stefan Stumpp (keys) Tom Eschbach (bass) Daniel Mauthe (drums)

We start at 8:00, admission starts at 7:00. Admission 7 Euro

Piano Bar in the castle café

Pupils of the jazz piano class Joe Fessele, municipal music school Gregorianum, will play the piano on Sunday, 27 October, 6 p.m., in the Schlosscafé.

Pianobar – this is the “next generation” of young personalities who all play the piano and have jazz piano lessons with Joe Fessele at the Gregorianum municipal music school. A wide stylistic spectrum is presented in a relaxed setting, from piano pieces from pop, Latin and rock to more sophisticated jazz standards. And, as is usual with jazz, improvisation takes place until the keys fly! Reservation is recommended! Admission free.

Acoustic Voice String in the Castle Café

From “Morning has broken” to “Stairway to heaven” – Acoustic Voice String comes with stylish cover material on Saturday, November 2nd, 8pm to our Laupheimer Schlosscafé. Acoustic Voice String, that’s Swen Dittberner, vocals (known from the project Watzmann, Mama Duke), and Herbie Tusek, guitar, from Laupheim and the region. With titles from Cat Stevens, Jack Johnson, Eric Clapton to Led Zeppelin and other well-known artists, the duo promises musically sophisticated entertainment. They start at 8 p.m., listening on hat basis.

Swabian Comedy in the Castle Café

Schwäbisches Duranand im Schlosscafé – WaDaWidd – consisting of the three friends from Untersulmetingen Dietmar Steimer, Norbert Schlager and Joachim Knoll – has dedicated itself to the Swabian cabaret philosophy. WaDaWidd is easily digestible Swabian Duranand, accompanied by world music. Many instruments are used such as guitar, piano, saxophone, bagpipe, harmonica, clarinet and flute. They sing, play, rhyme, philosophize and fool about the really important things in the life of Swabians and non-Swabians. This includes: “klugscheissa, verkuddla, verkata, batscha, tratscha, jomra, maulaffa-feula ond bruddla”. Everything that is said, sung, screamed or philosophized in the program does not claim at all to make someone smarter – that is, smarter. But it is also not completely impossible. The trio’s new programme is called “Älls blos a Kopfsach”. On Friday, 8 November, 8 pm, you can experience it at the Schlosscafé Laupheim.
