After the First World War, Sr. Annuntiata started a rest home for needy people in St. Ottilien with two like-minded Red Cross sisters and 8 children Children of large cities destroyed by war.

Construction of the houses St. Raphael and St. Michael with separate apartments for the individual family living groups. Continuation of the rest home with 70 places and establishment of an in-house kindergarten.

Increasing professionalization in the pedagogical-conceptual area by installing a psychological service. The work concept according to Oskar Randak, which is based in the therapeutically oriented religious education, becomes decisive for the psychological-pedagogical job of the coming decades.
