Children’s tiramisu without coffee, without alcohol – with extra taste – just stephie

I never really liked desserts with alcohol. Since I have children, there are only non-alcoholic desserts on the table of the house anyway. So I developed the most delicious Children tiramisu, that adults also like to eat: Tiramisu without coffee and without alcohol, but with an extra taste.

The Tiramisu recipe is as always made easy and quick. So far, I only knew that Tiramisu had to be prepared the day before so that it was really well done. I find: This is not necessary at all – with a few tricks you can also do the tiramisu without coffee and without alcohol prepare now and eat immediately.

So if you failed to prepare your children’s tiramisu yesterday, it is by no means too late for it. Just get started and after about an hour of cooling you can serve the classic Italian dessert. Here is my recipe:

Ingredients for children’s tiramisu

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of fine sugar
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 100 g vanilla cream refine to whip (alternatively whipped cream mixed with grated vanilla or tonka bean)
  • 2 packets of spoon biscuits
  • 375 ml drinking cocoa (Nesquik / Kaba) mixed with milk
  • cocoa powder

Preparation of the tiramisu
without coffee and without alcohol

for production with Thermomix or other mixers
(Instructions for TM in parentheses)

  1. Mix egg yolks with both types of sugar until frothy (with stirrer: 7 min / 70 degrees / level 3).
By heating the eggs, we destroy any salmonella contamination.
  2. Add the mascarpone with the vanilla cream and beat until creamy for about 1 minute (level 3 with a mixing attachment).
  3. Now pour the ready-to-drink cocoa into a flat bowl and briefly pull the ladyfingers through the cocoa. The inside of the biscuit should remain dry. Directly put in a baking dish as the first layer.
  4. Spread a layer of mascarpone cream on top.
  5. Now put sponge biscuits soaked in cocoa on top and top with cream again, until both are used up – finish with cream!
  6. Now smooth the cream layer and sprinkle the cocoa powder about 1-2 mm thick over it.

FINISHED!

If you want to let the tiramisu brew overnight, you can simply pour a little cocoa powder over it just before serving. It looks fresher and more beautiful.

The recipe is enough for about 8 servings, whereby the children-Tiramisu is generally eaten quickly. Not only does it taste particularly good to children, adults can also enjoy this delicious dessert.

Tiramisu without coffee and without alcohol is a wonderful idea Dessert for New Year’s Eve, for children’s birthdays or any other party!

Enjoy the meal! Your
