Financial crises are severe deterioration within the economy of a country. In 2008, for example, there was a terrible financial crisis in the US, which had a strong impact on the global economy and therefore on Europe as well. It became a worldwide financial crisis.

The financial sector is the business sector that handles money matters. Banks and insurance companies are parts of the financial sector.

A fjord is a deep into the land reaching inland, which can sometimes be navigated by boat. The longest fjord in the world is in Norway. Norway is known for its many fjords, but also Scotland, Iceland, Canada, New Zealand and other countries have fjords.

There are not many people living in a territorial state compared to the size of the country and compared to densely populated cities. The population per square kilometer is low. Australia, France, Mongolia and Russia, for example, are such territorial states. But the German federal states are also called territorial states – except for the city states of Berlin, Hamburg and Bremen.

If a river forks at its mouth into a lake or a sea into several arms, it is called a river delta. The mouth gets a triangular appearance. Therefore, the name was derived, namely from the Greek letter Delta, which has a triangular shape.

A federal state consists of partial states. Germany is such a federal state. It consists of 16 federal states. The US also has a federal political system. The states retain a certain independence.

In a federation, states or organizations are united on an equal footing, but at the same time retain a degree of autonomy. A federal state is as much a federation as other federations. The country of Bosnia and Herzegovina, like Russia, is a federation.

Free trade is called international trade, which is not restricted by tariffs or other restrictions. There are many free trade agreements, contracts that regulate this form of action between states. These agreements can go far different.
