Christmas markets 2016 & Highlights during the pre Christmas season
Berlin is the most Christmas markets in Germany. In 2016 Berlin again offers some great Christmas market attractions, but also many other event highlights.
Is not it cozy to stroll over Christmas markets while drinking mulled wine? Berlin has a lot of Christmas markets, all offering something different and diverse as Berlin itself.

To make the choice a little easier we summarized our top eight Christmas Markets for you:
Christmas market Gendarmenmarkt, find a festive mix of visual art, culinary delights, old world craftsmanship as well as entertainment on the stage at the Gendarmenmarkt.
Opening times: 25th November until 31st December 2019

Entrance: 1 Euro, Children under 12 years are free of charge. Please notice: Carrying along large baggage is not permitted.
Around 250 international traders transform the courtyard as well as the areas of the castle into a festive atmosphere. A highlight is the elaborate light illumination of buildings and park areas.

FRI until SUN 12pm – 10pm
Closed on Christmas Eve
25th & 26th December open from 12pm – 8pm
24th November until 28th December 2016
Entrance: free
Whether down the bob sleigh (12 meters high, 70 meters long), on the rink (520 square meters) or curling, hip movement is everywhere. Enjoy during weekends live music and après ski party atmosphere.

From November 1st until January 5th 2020 Potsdamer Platz offers a lot of fun for the whole family.

The traditional Spandau Christmas Market in the Old Town is the largest Christmas market in Berlin and provides its visitors with around 250 stores and a very large, colorful and diverse area. The many stalls and stalls stretch out at the Carl Schurz Street and the St. Nikolai church across the old town of Spandau along.
