This medicine is available without a prescription. However, to achieve the best possible treatment success, Colibiogen® children must be used properly.

What is Colibiogen® Children and what is it used for??
Colibiogen® Kinder is an intestinal mucosal therapeutic, immunotherapeutic.
application areas
Putrefaction and fermentation dyspepsia (poor digestion), maldigestion (insufficient digestion) meteorisms (flatulence); Roemheld complex of symptoms (heart problems due to flatulence), functional diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome of the child (diarrhea and possibly constipation with abdominal pain without organic cause).

What you need to consider before using it?
No contraindications are known.
How is it used??
How to take Colibiogen® children?
Always give Colibiogen® Children exactly as directed in this leaflet. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
1 daily in the morning, in severe cases up to 3 daily 5 ml (= 1 teaspoon)
Take half an hour before meals.
Please note the following:
– Use one fresh teaspoon each day!
– Do not drink from the bottle!
– Close bottle immediately after removal!

Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Colibiogen® Children is too strong or too weak.
If you have given Colibiogen® children more than you should:
If 1 or 2 single doses are accidentally taken more than intended, this usually has no adverse consequences. In this case, continue the administration as described in the dosage instructions or as prescribed by your doctor.
If this medicine is overdosed, side effects may occur. In this case, please notify your doctor. The latter can decide on any necessary measures.
If you forget to take Colibiogen® children
Do not give a double dose, but continue to take or use as directed in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor.
If you want to stop giving Colibiogen® children:
Please do not interrupt the treatment under any circumstances!
If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
What are possible side effects?
When taking Colibiogen® children with other medicines, the following must be observed
No interactions are known.
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if your child is taking or has recently taken other medicines, even if they are non-prescription medicines.
Driving and using machines:
No impairments are known.
Important information about certain other ingredients of Colibiogen® children:
This medicine contains lactose and glucose. Therefore, please only give Colibiogen® children after consulting your doctor if you are aware that the child has an intolerance to certain sugars.
What side effects are possible?
Like all medicines, Colibiogen® children can have side effects, but not everybody gets them.
Side effects are not known.
If you notice any side effects please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
How should it be stored?

Shelf life after opening or preparation:
Colibiogen® Kinder is a purely biological medicine without preservatives. In the opened container, Colibiogen® Kinder can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks (at room temperature: 2 weeks).
A cloudiness or a change in smell indicates an unclean removal.
