The DA direkt is a direct insurer, belonging to the zurich insurance group. DA direkt (abbreviation for deutsche allgemeine versicherung aktiengesellschaft) was founded in 1923 in berlin, however. Today, however, the company’s headquarters are in oberursel in the taunus region of germany.
DA direkt auto insurance is the core competence of the insurer and consists of classic liability, partial and fully comprehensive insurance as well as the DA direkt protection letter. The company specializes in online and telephone sales, but also has branch offices to serve its customers locally.

DA direkt BASIS package

The COMFORT package offers liability insurance coverage for persons up to a maximum of 15 million euros. On request, the DA direkt protection letter, discount protection and driver protection insurance can be included for an additional charge. In addition, the mallorca policy is included in the price. In the area of partial casco, the model offers replacement value compensation, damage caused by game without deductible, damage caused by game and animals, animal bite damage and insurance cover in the event of gross negligence. Focus on the cover letter
The DA direkt cover letter is valid throughout europe and around the clock. It covers the costs of breakdowns, accidents or illness, provides roadside assistance in the event of a claim and makes a loan available to the policyholder in the event of unforeseen additional costs. the insurance policy can only be taken out in conjunction with DA direkt liability insurance and the car must not be more than twelve years old at the time of the policy.
DA direkt: services
The DA direct car insurance can be obtained by your customers in different ways. The focus in this context is clearly on the online and telephone sector. Online there is the customer center on the website. Here, the customer’s wishes, for example with regard to requesting the green card or a change to the contract, are entered in ready-made masks. Report a claim directly to the DA
There are different ways to report a claim to DA direkt. It is possible to report a claim by telephone or directly via the DA online claim form. A special form is prepared on the internet for the online damage report. If you want to report a claim by phone, you can also do this around the clock. If you want to report the damage to DA direkt, call 0228 2682666. The DA direct claim is then confirmed to the customer by the insurer, so that the customer can be sure of further processing and that he has reported the claim to his insurer in good time.

Cancel the DA direkt car insurance policy
The cancellation of the car insurance must be made in writing and within the deadline, as with any insurer. The deadline can be found in the contract if you want to cancel the DA directly. The DA direkt requires the cancellation at least one month before the expiry of the contract term. In addition, there is also the special right of cancellation, which is a fundamental right under insurance law.
