Tanz’nYoga (formerly Tip Tap) has been offering ballet, jazz dance and early dance support for children in the old town of Regensburg, in the city west and in Lappersdorf since 2003. Children from the age of 3 can discover the joy of movement and dance with us and develop it further through age-appropriate and competent support.

On Thursday mornings, adults in Lappersdorf can harmonize Hatha Yoga in one hour. There is one course for mums with babies or toddlers and another for adults only. In the afternoon there is children’s yoga.

Workshop yoga for young and old

We practice yoga together and experience relaxation in motion and rest as a shared experience between adults and children (from 5 years). Previous knowledge is not necessary.

I am happy me to all large and small participants who want to start the weekend with me with a beneficial yoga practice.

bring along: comfortable clothing and, if possible, one yoga mat per participant

For children from 2.5 years with an accompanying person

Dancing together and To sing is fun and strengthens the parent-child bond. In the workshop we get to know different dances and movement songs, which everyone then also can dance again and again at home. Also a nice experience for grandma, grandpa or godmother. Part 1 and Part 2 do not build on each other and can be visited separately.

Costs: 12 euros for an adult and a child, 3 euros for siblings per appointment
