“My job is my passion and my hobby at the same time: Being a dentist in my hometown Zeven, that fills me out.

After my studies in Munich and Hamburg, I already spent my assistantship 1991-1993 in a surgical / implantology oriented practice. Modern dentistry without implants became unthinkable for me. So it was only logical to document the experience gained over more than ten years in 2005 with a master’s degree in implantology. In 2010, I joined a Master in Oral Surgery. Since the foundation of my practice in 1994 I have set more than 1000 implants from German and Swedish premium suppliers.

There is always something to learn

Lifelong learning (LLL) is part of life for me, especially when the profession is fulfilling. That’s why I’m always training my patients to learn from the best in the dental industry. When I come back to my practice in Zeven from the USA, Asia or European countries, I have the dental advances in my bag – new treatment options and materials for the best possible treatment of my patients.

I am training in all fields of dentistry to offer my patients the possibilities they desire. In addition to implantology and oral surgery, treatment with a laser (since 1997) or metal-free restorations with the CEREC® system (since 1995) also belongs to the spectrum of the dental practice Lindeman.

With another challenging Masters degree, I specialize in Aesthetic Reconstructive Dentistry, which also includes the elaborate four-quadrant restoration: I use implantology, oral surgery, periodontics and prosthetics techniques with the goal of restore the teeth of my patients to a near-natural state. An exciting challenge!

With commitment always on the tooth of the time

I am a member of numerous professional societies. Even though I can not always appear personally to all activities of the professional associations, I always receive very valuable impulses for the treatment of my patients through publications, further education and the professional exchange with colleagues.

I am represented in these companies:

  • The Leading Dentists of the World
  • German Society for Aesthetic Dentistry e. V.
  • Federal Association of Implantology Dentists in Europe e. V.
  • German Society of Dental Implantology e. V. • German Society of Dental, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery e. V.
  • German Society for Periodontology e. V.
  • German Society for Laser Dentistry e. V.
  • German Society for Computer-Aided Dentistry e. V.
  • American Dental Association
  • World Dental Federation

Personally

A leitmotiv for my life – ‘always be curious and do not stop learning’ – is reflected in my continuing education activities. In addition, I have set myself the goal of helping those who need help: In recent years, I have spent several weeks on humanitarian missions in Israel, Kenya and India. From this voluntary work, I draw a lot of energy for the treatment of my own patients in Zeven.

In everyday life, I stay fit with regular sports: Triathlon, running, racing and mountain biking, swimming and weight training are among my active hobbies, on holiday also surfing, windsurfing or skiing. I can also switch off live music – I like to go to concerts together with my three children. To see her growing up and pursuing her quest for happiness, I am very pleased."

My passion for medicine, the most filigree craftsmanship and current science makes dentistry my dream job. The focus is always on the person who comes to me as a patient. His individual needs are my challenges, which makes every day so versatile.

My satisfaction increases with the satisfaction of my patient. The most important elements for this are a stress-free therapy and highest quality. Particularly valuable for me are encounters with people who call themselves fear patients. To take away the fear and to create trust, I set myself as a personal goal.

I finished my studies in Hamburg in 2017 and then started in an Eppendorf dentist’s office, where I already worked a lot during my studies. In addition to numerous internships in orthodontic and oral surgery practices, I supported the Hamburger Teddy Bear Clinic during my studies. This is a purely student project to playfully take the fear of visiting a doctor / dentist of kindergarten children by placing them in the role of the doctor who wants to heal his cuddly toy.

I am pleased to be part of the practice team Lindeman since July 2019.
