Main building of the district administration during the energetic renovation completely closed

Departments spread over different locations

Due to the upcoming energetic renovation of the district administration building in Kaiserslautern, Lauterstraße 8, the building had to be completely cleared. The departments and departments were distributed to different locations within the city of Kaiserslautern.

The new headquarters of the Kaiserslautern district administration during the reconstruction phase is the former SWK building in Kaiserslautern, Burgstraße 11.

Two environmental mobile sites have been changed in the district:
In Niedermohr the UWM stops in the main street in the parking lot of the multipurpose hall (village square).
In Kindsbach it will stop at Hirtenpfad 27 in October.

No emptying of overcrowded garbage cans

Attention: As shown in the picture on the left, your waste containers must not be provided for emptying!

Waste containers may only be filled and emptied in such a way that their covers close well, thus permitting proper emptying. Vessels that are filled incorrectly, overcrowded or too heavy, are not emptied and there is no Nachfuhr instead.

Pay attention to a proper waste separation. Waste in commercial bags, next to or on the residual waste bin, will not be taken. If the size of your waste container is not sufficient, please apply for a larger volume of residual waste or use the waste bags available from the municipalities or the district administration, the piece for 3, – €. This fee covers transportation and disposal of your additional residual waste.

Danger! Changes Yellow Sack 2019
The basic and redistribution of the yellow sacks is complete. In the basic distribution, each household received 60 sacks. By this basic supply the need for the year 2019 should be largely covered up. If you still need yellow bags or are newly arrived, you can order the recycling bags in writing. [more. ]

Attention: garbage collection in weeks with public holidays
After public holidays, the general discharge rule applies in weeks with public holidays:
“If the collection date falls on a public holiday, then this discharge shifts to the next or the next working day. All subsequent weekday off-duty discharges will be either on the regular collection day or the following business day. Thus, it is also possible to drive on Saturdays. “
In any case, please make your waste containers available for collection after the holiday! The communities or streets that could not be completed on the first working day are then left on the following working day (including Saturdays).
