What we do

We are a multi-professional team consisting of specialists from the fields pedagogy, psychology as well as criminology and martial arts. Together we have developed and optimized concepts to make people of all ages and genders more capable of handling conflict situations of all kinds.

After you made it very clear to the children that only a few people belong to the ‘bad people’, you never let a dark atmosphere arise all the time. I found the examples you selected and the type of learning very appealing. This way, every child could learn at their own pace by constantly repeating.

With all the discipline that you ‘hard but heartily’ demanded, I have never seen you devalue a child. The children could still say the tenth time "I do not know". So you managed – together with your co-trainer – to bind the children to yourself and the topic for a long time. I found it particularly reassuring how you try to teach the children to trust their own feelings and to assert themselves with the most powerful weapon, the ‘NO’.
