Of course, one must not forget the numerous beautiful beaches on Corfu. Idyllic bays, blue lagoons and endless expanses of fine sand are waiting for you. The Molos beach, which is about 3 km north of Lefkimi, is a true paradise for families with small children, as the beach slopes gently into the sea. The Agios Georgios beach with its 2.5 kilometers in length is considered the most beautiful beach on the island. Culture is also not neglected in Corfu. The Angelokastro fortress ruins are definitely worth a visit. The ruin from the 13th century is perched on a rock in a small town north of Paleokastritsa and can be easily reached on a hike.
