FAQ kindergarten

– How much time for our number of children?
Depending on group size and photo motif, 20 – 30 min. per group (single photos). For the group photos approx. 10 min. planned.
– When’s the photographer coming??
We arrive around 8 a.m., photo starts around 9 a.m..
– When are sibling pictures taken and how is the process??
Sibling pictures are created in an order following the kindergarten photo campaign. The order results from a list that we provide you with, which is posted about 2 weeks before the appointment on the parent information board together with the appointment information "The photographer is coming" and motivational information (sample picture) and on which parents are interested Have sibling pictures, can enter at 5-minute intervals. This also takes care of a crush in front of the gym and the "Who’s next?" Controversy.
– How long does the photographer stay??
The photographer stays until all sibling dates that are entered on the list are "shot". (Depending on the size of the kindergarten and the interest of the parents, this is usually until 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.).

We are happy to produce sibling pictures or family photos after the kindergarten photo campaign, generally at the start of the pick-up time. Getting more than 2 generations of a family in one photo does not present us with unsolvable problems tasks. Please note only the number of people to be photographed on the list of dates for siblings, which is posted on the parent information board approx. 2 weeks before the photo campaign.

We usually take photos of all children present, which we then offer to parents in a photo series agreed with the KIGA management. They can then decide in peace whether they want to purchase the entire portfolio or only parts. There is no purchase obligation.

The decision-makers (management or parents’ advisory council) have our information brochure in which all programs, motifs and prices are clearly presented.

The prices for our photo folders can be found in the current price list, ours information brochure enclosed, in which you will also learn everything about motifs, programs and photo backgrounds.

Anyone can, of course, in consultation with the photographer background can be combined with any decoration or without picture elements. If there is a beautiful interior design in the interior, it can also be integrated as a photo motif. The decoration is agreed for all children, we separate boys and girls only for special motifs (see brochure).

B / W photos are always very popular. In our opinion, however, they should only make up part of the photo portfolio and be carefully composed, since not all photo backgrounds and props are suitable for this. Other "monochrome" image colors are also possible, e.g. the nostalgic "sepia" brown tone, with which a photo motif can be accentuated beautifully "on old".

Usually, the billing modalities are discussed during the first personal conversation with the management and children, children, since the facilities prefer different approaches.

With us, you will be looked after by the same person from the first contact to billing, i.e. I would be happy to come personally to your facility for an appointment so that I can get an idea of you and the facility in order to best meet your needs. I also come to the photo shoot and not someone you have never seen before. In my opinion, personal contact before and after the photo shoot is very important.

There is an identification number on the back of all delivered photos. This number can be used to order photos in all possible sizes online. You can do this HERE. After your (binding) order, we will send the pictures to your home. There are options for advance transfer to our account or cash on delivery. Since reordered photos can be produced for you in the laboratory on request, please only order pictures that you would like to buy. An exchange or withdrawal is then no longer possible.

Of course, this question is up to your own taste. Of course, you decide whether this fits the photo motif. So that you know which motif will be photographed with which colors before the photo campaign starts, we will hang out one or more sample photos and information about the photo appointment about 2 weeks before the appointment:

After purchasing the photo folder (s) in full, the file can be purchased.

Please only use our reorder system to reproduce your children’s photos! All other ways violate copyright and are illegal. Please consider: The photographer travels to the facility at his own risk and expense, takes photos and enlargements of all the children and has to generate all the production costs already achieved by selling the images alone.
