Finally training!

Finally enrollment! Ideas for the big day

– and the time after …

For weeks you are looking forward to this special day with the kids – the enrollment. I remember so well the enrollment of my (now) big daughter, in which I have more than once squeezed a tear. The farewell from the daycare was so hard then, the new phase of life all the more. Will she find friends? Will she be good at school?? Hach, I had so many questions and thoughts that circled my head at night – but (still) no answers. We have celebrated their enrollment big, for us the occasion accordingly. For me it was more than just school, it is and was a milestone. A “picture” has burned down on me over all these years – the moment when the little girl with the feeling of a huge satchel and the dress that is a bit too big (and too long) runs alone to the school building, because parents were not wanted after the gate , the mice should hunt that themselves ….

HOWL! I would like to have jumbled like a lion mum afterward and would have called: Not me! I accompany my child into the classroom and sit down for another lap, basta! But I did not do that and then I rather followed the rules. New school and so, you do not want to miss it completely, on the first “right” day of school. That was good. Today she is about to celebrate her 16th birthday, she did it all herself and I had worried too much in advance. Is always like that …

Training is just an experience – for everyone

One year we still have, then our smallest is enrolled. And the topic is more present to me than ever, because many of her friends are already coming to school. The most beautiful gifts, the most delicious cake and the most creative, funniest and prettiest schoolbags ever (!) I’ll show you today. What’s not to be missed: The greatest diary for children by my friend Christine Hippelein, that animates children to talk about feelings, rather than just to feel them. Long speech .. here are some nice tips for your enrollment – so the kids, well – you know …

Christine Hippelein from Sonntagskinder introduced me to her book project a few months ago and I was so impressed by her passionate description – without having seen the book so far. Now it is here – I hold it in my hands, this beautiful gem, a gift book, a diary for children, that is so different than everything others is. With “A week full of happiness” Christine has brought a magical book for children on the market! This diary works a little bit differently than diaries otherwise, which one silently fills with itself … In “A week full of happiness” your child is looking for a diary partner. This can be the parents, aunt, uncle, friends or grandma and grandpa. This diary partner then fills the diary with the child every week. The questions for the child are set in a way that encourages them to talk about feelings. While as a parent you often tend to ask, “How was school??“And usually only one”Good!“As an answer, Christine’s book manages to put the focus on emotions with other, child-friendly questions. My book trailer had tears in my eyes when a girl finally realized that she felt it was nice to talk about her feelings. I link the video here again. And take the book to your heart! Oh, that’s advertising now. Completely unsolicited, out of conviction – and friendship. Here you can order “A week full of luck”.

Andrea Potocki of WLKMNDYS // WE LIKE MONDAYS is a true artist, in all matters. Her DIYs, her ideas – oh, I’m just totally thrilled with what she’s doing. I can not wait to finally order their school bag craft box next year, to which I have already turned a blind eye, but the man then found – “Um, it’s a bit early for Schultüte, is not it?” And yes, yes, he has – unfortunately – right, so I’m waiting and then ponder every now and then “Order now quickly? Secure the most beautiful ever? For the enrollment next year? “ No, come on, I know, Andrea comes every year with even more great ideas, I’m waiting – and envy meanwhile all the others who can order the school bag crafting box for 2019 at Andrea NOW. Look at her here – well, that’s great!

“Wat wishes for date child?”

There are so recurring events: spring – summer – autumn and winter, for example. Or also: Easter – birthday – school enrollment – Christmas. And all grandmothers like this: “Wat wishes for date child?” – or as we Swabians say: “Does not eebbes need it?” I am now prepared and write down ideas in my Wunderlist app every now and then. When it comes to school enrollment, kids need more than you think, and some purchases, such as satchels, pencils, and co, go pretty well on the euros, uiuiui. Small – and a little big – for the school bag I had put together here: a post about gifts for school enrollment.

And if you want to take a look at which notes the class teachers distribute after enrollment and what the kids need to start school, here’s an overview.

“Let’s eat the dessert first!”

What is still missing? A cake for school enrollment! I made this rainbow cake some time ago with “Schultüte”, and I’m always happy when you show your artworks on Instagram according to my recipe. Yes, this cake is a visual dream, easypeasy made – at most you have to take some time to sort the smarties by color &# 128521; Make children very happy, so much I can tell from experience.

And now; Happy school start to all the kids out there and many handkerchiefs for the mums, dads, grandmas and granddads!
