DENTALHELD supplies the dentist materials themselves?

DENTALHELD is a pure comparison platform and offers no own products. Instead, we provide our customers and suppliers with a platform that makes purchasing products affordable and easy. For you as a customer, this not only means heroic low prices, but also a heroically simple product price comparison.

How it works? Simply select products and add them to the shopping cart. Our DENTALHELD automatically compares the prices and compiles for you the cheapest combination of product and shipping costs. The dealers will deliver the corresponding products directly to you after the order has been placed.

How do I find my articles at DENTALHELD??

1. Using the search function

At the top of our page you will find the search function with the field “Find your product.”. Here you can enter the article name, the article name or also the article number of the article you are looking for. Then just press the Enter key or click on the magnifying glass to the left of the input field to get all the results for your search query.

If you do not know the article name, article name or article number, you can search the article for a keyword.

2. About the categories

Via our search bar you will find on the right the two categories “Praxisbedarf” and “Laborbedarf”.

To make navigation easier, we’ve added a vertical menu on the left side of our page that lets you navigate between categories.

3. Earlier orders

DENTALHELD remembers the products ordered by you. Just go to your account and select “Already ordered products”. The last ordered items will be shown to you first, you can order the items, for example, also alphabetically. Click on the article you would like to order again.

By the way, you can also put a complete order in your shopping cart again. Go to “Order History” and select the order you would like to redo. Heroic practical, or?!

I do not know the exact name or the exact name of an article, how can I still find it at DENTALHELD??

No problem! You have the following options to find an article:

I can not find an article, although I put it all exactly. Why is that??

Even heroes are not perfect, but we try to be! Although we are constantly expanding our product range, it can sometimes happen that individual items are not (yet) available from us.

So if you do not find an article, then please contact us via the contact form. Just write us the article name and (if available) the manufacturer and the item number or just send us a link to the item you are looking for.

How does shopping basket optimization by DENTALHELD work??

In the first step, you select your desired products and put them in your shopping cart. In the second step the DENTALHELD is automatically activated in your shopping cart: The DENTALHELD compares automatically and in shortest time the product and shipping costs of the suppliers listed on our site and finds for you the cheapest total price.

If you have shopping carts where you have not yet reached the free shipping limit after automatic shopping cart optimization, our DENTALHELD will also inform you about the missing shopping cart value. So you can decide for yourself if you add more products to save shipping costs, or the order closes despite shipping. Heroic practical, or?!

I have put products in the shopping cart, but would like to wait with the order. Is that possible?

No problem! You must log in with your customer account so that your current shopping cart is saved. As soon as you log in again at a later date, you can add more products to your shopping cart and / or complete the order process. Heroic simple, or?!

I am dissatisfied with my delivery, I can return the items?

Something went wrong? Unfortunately, mistakes also happen with heroes, but of course our mission is to avoid them in the future!

The return of articles shall be borne by the respective supplier to whom the articles have been ordered. This can be found on the order overview with the product and supplier name that you received from us after placing your order.

Please contact the respective supplier directly and inform him why you are dissatisfied with his delivery or would like to return the article. Please note that some items are procured goods that are excluded from the return.

Which payment options are available to me?

The payment for items is determined by the particular supplier where your items were ordered. It is customary that you receive the corresponding invoice from the supplier with the delivery of the products. If this is not the case, please contact the respective supplier.

Why do I have to register with DENTALHELD??

Some of the goods offered on our portal may only be sold to dental practices, dental laboratories and our trading partners. A sale to consumers or private individuals is not possible. In order to prevent these goods from getting into the wrong hands, we verify each customer account. In addition, you are so much more part of our DENTALHELD world.

Is it possible to register by phone at DENTALHELD??

Unfortunately, registration is only possible online, because we have to verify data entered by you afterwards. In addition, it is important that you take note of our terms and conditions as part of the registration and confirm these.

Can I order over the phone from DENTALHELD?

Unfortunately we can not offer you a possibility to make your order by phone. In order to be able to offer our heroic price comparison of more than 120,000 products, we try to keep our cost structure as low as possible in your interest. For this reason, we have made DENTALHELD so easy that you can find and order your products with just a few clicks. Try it!

Where is my delivery?

The delivery times of articles depend on the respective supplier as well as the respectively ordered article. Basically, you can see for each article based on the delivery symbols, how fast these items can be delivered. Of course, our suppliers always have the claim of a heroically fast delivery.

If an article takes longer, you can contact the respective supplier directly.

If you need an item urgently, please check before submitting your order using the delivery symbols, whether this item is in stock or contact directly the respective supplier to find out the delivery time.

What do the delivery symbols mean and how long do I have to wait for delivery??

The delivery symbols show you the delivery availability of your selected products as well as the expected delivery time.
The green delivery symbol means that the product is immediately available from the supplier and will probably arrive in 1-2 days.
The yellow delivery symbol means that the product is not available immediately and arrives in 3-7 days, depending on the dealer.
The red delivery symbol symbolizes that the product requires 7 days delivery or is currently not available from the supplier. If you urgently need this product, you can contact the supplier directly.

If the delivery symbol is missing, we do not have any information about the delivery time at the respective supplier.

If you need a product urgently, please check before sending your order on the basis of the delivery symbols, whether this article is immediately available or contact directly the respective supplier to find out the delivery time.

I have questions about my order / delivery. What should I do?

Our suppliers have many heroes in action, who are happy to answer all your questions about your order or delivery.

Which suppliers you need to contact, you can easily see in your order summary, which you get after your order from us. Please contact the respective supplier directly.

I want to redeem my voucher at DENTALHELD. How does it work?

For this you have to put your desired products in the cart and enter the coupon code of your voucher in the space provided in the shopping cart. Please note that the voucher is subject to certain conditions, such as a minimum order quantity, duration, number, etc. may be subject. These conditions can be found on the respective voucher.

I have had bad experiences with a supplier. Can I limit my search to specific suppliers or exclude certain suppliers??

Sure, of course! Go to the supplier configuration under “My Account”. In the supplier overview, you can search for and exclude certain suppliers. Simply click on the name of the supplier and put a tick on “exclude supplier”.

Have you changed your mind and would you like to order from this supplier? No problem. Just remove the hack at “exclude supplier” and you’ll get the offers of this supplier again. Because hero is who is flexible in purchasing materials.

I have negotiated special conditions with my supplier, these can be considered at DENTALHELD?

Of course! For this you simply have to enter the appropriate conditions in your supplier configuration under My Account and save.

How fast can the products be delivered??

The delivery times depend on the respective supplier. In order to get a quick overview, we have marked the delivery status of the product with delivery van symbols. If the symbol is missing, we have no information about the delivery time at the respective supplier.

If you need an item urgently, please check before sending your order using the delivery symbols, whether this item is available immediately or contact directly the respective supplier.

Can I also order from abroad??

Unfortunately, no. Currently only orders from Germany are possible. We are constantly working to expand our heroic offer for you.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. The DENTALHELD automatically calculates for you the cheapest combination of product and shipping costs.

You do not want to pay shipping costs at all? Our DENTALHELD shows you which shopping carts you have not yet reached the shipping free limit. Just fill in these shopping carts with the missing amounts and save the shipping costs. Our mission? Your savings! Thank DENTALHELD.

I have already sent my order but forgot something. Can I still change the order??

But of course! You can make changes or cancel your order within 20 minutes of submitting your order. Simply use the link in the order confirmation sent by us. So take a deep breath and then adjust the order.

What are regular suppliers?

Suppliers whom you have already ordered will be marked as master suppliers. You can also exclude certain suppliers in the supplier configuration.

How can I view my previous orders??

Earlier orders can be found in your customer account under “Already ordered products” you are looking for a complete order, then just look in your customer account under order history over.

Why can I get individual items from the list of “already ordered products" do not order anymore?

Sorry that you can no longer order a product you are looking for. Unfortunately, no supplier seems to offer this product anymore. Even heroes can not change that. But look forward to continue with us, there is certainly a good alternative product.

How can I view and manage my invoices??
