Hello, where to go on holiday as a Muslim?

We would like to spend a few days on vacation with the children (12, 10 and 2 years). Since we are a Muslim family (headscarf wearer), I do not want to come to an area where we may be looked at obliquely or possibly insulted. It is important that the children have fun and can relax. It shouldn’t be a flight. We live near Hanover and would like to travel by car or train. Maybe someone knows a nice holiday home. Looking forward to your suggestions. Thank you!

We have a Muslim cruise for a few years on a Caribbean cruise

Family, about 10 people experienced it, and there were no problems – not from either side. I also didn’t notice that there were closer contacts with other passengers, but I don’t think they needed and didn’t expect it.

With children I would recommend the Danish Baltic or North Sea, there are very nice holiday homes.

Yassin – did you ever think of Sylt? Really easy to reach from Hanover.

Otherwise the Baltic Sea – but I can not tell you now whether you are looked at wrong because: For me it does not matter what someone is wearing on their heads. I don’t pay attention to it anymore.

We are already slowly thinking about where to go on vacation in the summer (2 weeks at the end of June). Maybe you have an idea. So we are a young couple and would like to go where it is warm. We are generally not the fans of "All inclusive vacation package", but not completely averse to it if everything fits. We want to relax and lie on the beach, yes, but also like to look at something cultural and still experience something. We also love snorkeling.
