The “Sexual Abuse Help Desk” is the nationwide, free and anonymous contact point for those affected by sexual violence, relatives, as well as people from the social environment of children, for professionals and for all those interested. It is a point of contact for people who are looking for relief, advice and support to care for a child who has a suspicion or a “weird feeling” who are unsure and who would like to ask questions.
The women and men on the help phone are psychologically and pedagogically trained and have many years of professional experience in dealing with sexual violence against girls and boys. They listen, give advice, provide information and – if desired – show possibilities of help and support on site.
Every conversation remains confidential. The protection of personal data is guaranteed at all times.

The berta telephone is aimed at those affected by organized sexual and ritual violence, as well as at relatives, helpers and professionals. “Berta” offers people relief, advice and support in the withdrawal from organized sexual and ritual violence structures and also supports anyone who is worried about someone, have a suspicion or seek information on the subject.
The specialists of “berta” are psychologically and pedagogically trained and have many years of personal experience with organized and ritual violence. They advise on the exit and all related questions. They provide information and show – if desired – further possibilities of help and support.
Support is provided nationwide, free of charge and anonymously. Every conversation with “berta” remains confidential. The protection of personal data is guaranteed at all times.
Help Phone Research: 0800-44 55 530
The Help phone research addresses to those concerned and relatives who want to participate in the research on stressful childhood experiences. The employees carry out the survey on the basis of a scientifically tested list of questions used in numerous studies (Childhood Trauma Questionnaire).
In the aftermath, a consultation will be offered if necessary. The interview is free and anonymous and the data will be processed by the University Hospital Ulm under the direction of Prof. Dr. med. Fegert without conclusion to the interrogated persons evaluated.

The help phone, as well as the berta phone, are an offer from the Independent Representative on Sexual Abuse Issues. The talks will be conducted by the staff of the Fachberatungsstelle N.I.N.A. e.V. (National Infoline, Network and point of contact on sexual violence against girls and boys). N.I.N.A. carries the professional responsibility for the help telephone.

Every conversation remains confidential and anonymous. For quality assurance and scientific evaluation of the help phone callers are asked during the conversation, some information, eg. B. to age and gender as well as the background of the call. This is important for working to improve the situation of those affected.
In order to document the suffering suffered and the possible consequences of sexual violence, the Independent Representative carries out a scientific survey together with the University of Ulm, Prof. Jörg Fegert. The purpose of this survey is to gain a deeper understanding of the situation of those affected. From this, measures can be taken to better care for those affected and to prevent sexual violence. The questions relate, among other things, to stressful childhood experiences, resulting consequences and possible support offers.
We look forward to your participation in this research survey. This information is voluntary, the protection of your personal information is guaranteed at all times.
We will definitely meet your desire to complete the survey at any time. However, a subsequent deletion can not be realized because the data is collected completely anonymously. To answer the questions you have to expect an expenditure of about half an hour. The data will be transmitted to the research group in Ulm and evaluated for the Independent Representative.
