its very good but plz there is some videos without translate!!

He explains everything so well; this is exactly what we are doing on our exams at the university of maastricht. It’s detailed, but serology explanation is really helpful

This may be the best tutor in lecturio, according to my preference of high tempo, fast questions and high yield facts. He promts, even urge you to be your best.

Informative! There were quite a few different things I learned from this lecture. I now have a better understanding of the disease.

lacking crucial points about pathogenesis – egthe pathogenesis of cirrhosis (ie stellate cells), does not provide key symptoms and signs with pathology, just provides a list instead.

He is the best lecturer on this site.He is not too fast, he knows when to break for a second, when to repeat a word.Thank u sir.

Good way of classifying the causes but missed out on defining the pressure (>5 mmHg) and potential treatment options such as propranolol, TIPS etc. So what about the potential complications, which would have been perfect to discuss here ie variceal bleeds

Missed another important benign tumor of the liver that would have been worthwhile covering

It has been found that paracetamol, incl phenytoin, statins, amiodarone, methotrexate. Paracetamol overdose would have been really helpful. It would have been notorious that acetylcysteine ​​is most efficacious within 8 to 10 hours after ingestion of paracetamol.

IV arantiprotease for the management of this condition. Moreover, a little bit of discussion on the genetics of these conditions and how it affects the disease presentation and natural history.
