Equipment and equipment
The cottage is situated directly (!) on the beach – this borders only 10 m from the terrace directly to the property! And also the house itself can come up with superlatives – generous 93 square meter living space on 3 floors promise a nature near vacation in first water line: The approx. 28 square meter large living, dining and kitchen area and a guest toilet in the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and the bath in the 1st upper floor as well as the studio with the large window surfaces in the 2nd upper floor offer together with a comfortable sleep couch in the living room sufficient place for up to 6 persons. The own sauna with a view of the beach and the Baltic Sea on the 2nd floor, a whirlpool in the bathroom as well as the fireplace in the studio make this exclusive holiday home usable in practically every season! Other special features such as the cosy wooden terrace on the ground floor with its own small garden, a balcony in the bedroom and especially the large roof terrace with a fantastic panoramic view from the Kieler Förde to the Danish island of Ærø (pronounced: Ärö) guarantee a very special Baltic holiday …
The area is to become Northern Europe’s largest maritime holiday resort and is currently undergoing continuous development. Excursion and shopping possibilities, restaurants, shops etc. are best in Kappeln an der Schlei, 7 km away. The infrastructure in Port Olpenitz with marina, gastronomy etc. is not yet finished. However, an excellently equipped holiday home in a fascinating location awaits you NOW at fair introductory prices …
In 2019/20 the marina is to be expanded and further cafés, restaurants and shops opened.
Note: Heating costs are included in the rental price, but due to SAUNA and WHIRLPOOL the electricity and water costs will be invoiced afterwards according to the actual consumption.
Surroundings / Transportation
The white, light-flooded holiday home, built in Scandinavian style and as a so-called “Vierling”, is located at the end of the Stichstraße and directly (!) on the (private) beach, which is one of a total of 24 residential units. Due to its southeast orientation the house offers a really incredible view to the beach, the harbour entrance, the sailing boats passing by as well as the Baltic Sea …
Some jetties with sailboats are already only 20 steps away, others are added successively, and at a distance of 150 m there is an idyllic nature reserve in the north, the so-called “Nordhaken”, which, however, may not be entered.

Young couple from Heiligenstedten: We were very satisfied and would come back again. The kitchen could be better equipped and we lacked a bigger pan, e.g. the service by the landlord was great. Altogether a very nice little Pfleckchen earth. Autumn 2014 October Baltic Sea holidays 2 nights
