Il Trebbio has been carefully restored with a lot of creativity and love. Thanks to its hilltop location, it offers guests of two terraces, the pool and even the bedrooms stunning views of the picturesque landscape. The attractive stylish interior is a tasteful combination of old and new elements. Stone walls and stone columns are harmoniously complemented by modern furniture and bright white walls. A beautiful stone arch divides the living room into two areas, there is a wood burning stove and fireplace as well as a cozy dining room with an original stone wall. If you want to explore the wider area, you can enjoy a wine and olive oil tasting or walk in the beautiful nature with olive trees and forests. The charming town of Gaiole in Chianti with its restaurants and shops can also be reached on foot.

Our personal impression
This beautiful traditional stone villa with modern design, a landscaped garden and private pool is perfect for a family vacation. Guests have ample space to spend time together or to relax and unwind. The spacious, partially covered and furnished terrace is perfect for a hearty dinner and to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The entire property has a charming wonderful atmosphere with bright beautiful bedrooms full of natural light and easy access to the garden area.

3 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. The property is accessible via a dirt road 600 m long, the last 300 m are very steep and not recommended for sports cars and minivans. The property is completely fenced and pet safe.

The elegant pool, just a few meters from the house, fits perfectly into the landscape. A ladder made of metal leads into the water. Sun loungers, table and chairs offer the opportunity to sit back and enjoy the fantastic view. Please note: The pool is too deep for children who can not swim.
Pool size: 5m x 12m, with a depth of 1.20m. Open from May to September, weather permitting.
