The exclusive seaside resort Heiligendamm is a district of Bad Doberan and lies directly on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Due to the white classicist buildings along the beach promenade, the district is also known as the ‘White City by the Sea’.
Heiligendamm – Germany’s oldest and most elegant seaside resort – was founded in 1793. The high nobility of Europe and later a lot of prominent guests spent their summer holidays here. In addition to its unique location directly by the sea, this area has always been preferred because of its climatic advantages such as sea-fresh and dust-free air, low temperature fluctuations, the absence of ebb and flood and the lush surrounding beech forests. Today the seaside area is occupied by the 5-star Grand Hotel.
In June 2007, the 33rd Summit of the G8 Heads of State and Government took place in the Grand Hotel, making Heiligendamm internationally famous.
Only 6 km from the Baltic Sea, the town of Bad Doberan lies between beautiful beech forests. It is one of the oldest German settlements in the state of Mecklenburg. The city centre is characterised by classicist buildings, the most famous of which is the cathedral or rather the cathedral.

Deck Beach Club Heiligendamm
The Deck Beach Club is located directly on the steep coast of the Baltic Sea, between Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn. From the Lodge Hotel it can be reached by bicycle in approx. 10 minutes, by car in approx. 5 minutes and on foot in approx. 30 minutes. The uniqueness of this place is its exclusive location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by a beautiful beech forest and with a spectacular view over the Baltic Sea.

The standard double rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities for the modern traveller. There are 4 standard double rooms in the hotel, all on the ground floor. This room is best suited for couples.

Our Twin-Loft is tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities for the modern traveler. The Lodge Hotel has a Twin Loft room which consists of two levels with a double bed on the first level.
Twin Double Loft
Our Twin Double Loft is tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities for the modern traveller. There are 1 Twin Double Loft rooms in the hotel. The room has a double bed on one level and a double bed on the upper level. The upper level is accessed by a narrow wooden staircase. This room is suitable for a couple or a small family with one or two children.
Single ‘Loft’
This room is tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities for the modern traveller. The Lodge Hotel has a single loft room. It consists of two levels with a single bed on the first level and a double bed on the upper level.
Deluxe Suite ‘Loft’
This suite consists of a large, spacious bedroom with a double bed on the first level and a double bed in the attic. It is equipped with a desk and all the modern conveniences listed below.
Deluxe Garden Bungalow
The Lodge Hotel has a well equipped garden bungalow with modern kitchen & newly equipped bathroom. A double bed, small dining area and private terrace and garden make this bungalow special. The bungalow is about 20 meters from the main house.
