Detailed job offer:

We are a modern dental practice in Krefeld-Zentrum.

To support our practice team we are looking for a ZFA (m / f) mainly for the prophylaxis treatments. A ZMP training is not essential.

We offer:

At the beginning of 12 to 20 hours a week in the morning AND in the afternoon.
We can arrange the working hours individually.
A fair remuneration and / or a performance-related revenue share.
A long-term cooperation.

A central location in Krefeld with good accessibility via public transport.

We can provide you with the required theory of modern prophylaxis as well as marketing relevant content: individual, understandable, practical.

With a noticeable commitment to the expansion of the field of “dental prophylaxis” up to 25 hours per week are possible in the future.

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as ZFA.
Practical experience in the field of prophylaxis (Existing training for ZMP or ZMF gladly, but not necessarily).
Willingness to learn and practice a self-dependent activity in “own” workplaces.
Last but not least: interest, dedication and enjoyment of work.

My dream job – dental prophylaxis assistant

Many people find it very difficult to find the job they’re looking for, search job vacancies and in the end, they’re not really happy. However, I can say with complete conviction that fortunately I do not belong to these people. Because I have found my absolute dream job and have been happier ever since I started working in the dental practice as a dental prophylaxis assistant.

Since I am a person who likes to help others, it was clear to me very early in my life that I would like to go to the medical field later.

When I was after my education as a ZFA

I did not need to think too long about the job offer as a dental prophylaxis assistant and seized the opportunity: I applied for the position to be awarded – a decision for which I am still grateful today.

Just the idea of being able to help people put a beautiful smile on their faces again brought them to my lips. My application for the job offer was actually successful and I can say with pride and happiness that I have found my dream job.

I’ve become a Dental Prophylactic Assistant, without actually putting all the building blocks to the ZMP.

I got into the ZMP activity very quickly, was well received and trained by my colleagues. There is a great and familiar working atmosphere in which every single person feels comfortable.

In my role as ZMP, I help to support people in their health and thus increase their quality of life. From this point, I personally draw a lot of strength and satisfaction. My tasks include:

the professional tooth cleaning,
the supporting periodontitis therapy,
the pretreatment of periodontitis and
the dental child prophylaxis.

Beautiful teeth

are undoubtedly very important for a healthy self-confidence. I am most aware of this since I started this activity.

Of course, in addition to the aesthetic and the health aspect plays an essential role. Healthy gums also contribute to good health as well. Within my field of activity, I actively assist the patient in preventing caries and periodontitis.

I am absolutely thrilled with my work

and can really say that I am currently working on my professional dream. I am glad to have decided for this professional career and would accept such a job offer again at any time and recommend of course also every dental assistant. Since being a Dental Prophylactic Assistant is a modern, sought-after and future-oriented profession, I am firmly convinced that I have done everything right and am not worried about my future career.
