What is important for us?

Every single child is unique and a child loved by God. This aspect forms the starting point for our planning educational work. Every child with all its strengths and weaknesses is given the space to develop and develop individually. Working together in projects is a very good way of doing this. In this way of working, the current life– or situations of interest of the children picked up and worked together in a team of educators, children, parents and specialists. The focus is on discovery, holistic, exemplary learning, in which the children become active themselves and, together with the adults, determine the goals, contents and procedures of their project.

Each project planning includes a situation analysis with topic determination, the implementation of the project (with several reflection phases) and an evaluation with documentation and reflection.

What does parental work look like??

In order for the kindergarten to be able to do justice to the upbringing and educational mandate, there is a trusting and intensive cooperation between parents and educators requirement. Through parent work such as Discussions with parents, parents’ evenings and festivities are intended to intensify contact with the parents and further develop the relationship of trust.
