I have a post recently Blogger colleague Stephie on the subject: Easter brunch – party buffet for many guests read in which she has many great -> vegetarian & vegan recipe ideas for a brunch buffet imagines. That’s what got me thinking, ours Favorite brunch ideas of the last years to summarize in a blog post. As you know, I like to work as little as possible – but of course it should taste good anyway. Which middle ground I or we have found there? I’ll show you now!

7 simple ideas for the brunch buffet

  1. Simple salmon rolls
  2. Scrambled egg muffins
  3. Nuremberg sausages
  4. waffles
  5. Puff pastry tarte flambée
  6. Mini burger on a spit
  7. fruit skewers

From these ideas, the ingredients of which are now cheap at the discount store I usually choose 4 – 5 points. There are then: Bread or baguette, vegetable sticks (e.g., cucumber slices, cocktail tomatoes, carrot sticks), cheese (Gouda cheese & Camembert), sausage (e.g., Serrano ham, cooked ham & Salami), homemade dips, Butter and jam. Sometimes we also do one more Pizza Soup – It also depends on what our guests like.

1. Simple salmon rolls
The Salmon rolls are done quickly. You stir 100 g of flour, 200 ml of milk and 2 eggs to a pancake batter and bake the pancakes over medium heat in a large, coated pan. For me, the ingredients have yielded 3 thin pancakes in a 28 cm pan. Then you let it cool down, brushing it with Cream cheese, take them with you smoked salmon (about 75 g per pancake) and sprinkle salt and pepper over it. Then you roll in the pancakes and cut the roll into strips. Finished!

2. Scrambled egg muffins
I find them Scrambled egg muffins handy, because that’s how you can handle large quantities omelet prepare without having to stand in the kitchen. For the muffins, mix your omelet ingredients of your choice (ie eggs and e.g.. paprika, onions, cheese and a shot milk) and put them in a well greased muffin tin. Then you bake the whole at about 180 degrees for about 20 – 25 minutes.

3. Nuremberg sausages
There is not much to explain. The hot dog fry, done. &# 128578;

4. Waffles
speed waffles I like to do this simple recipe:

  • Add 200 gr. Sugar, 5 eggs, 150 gr. Magarine and 1 p. Vanilla sugar.
  • Then add 250 gr. Of flour, 250 ml of milk, and 1.5 p. Of baking powder and bake in a waffle iron.

5. puff pastry tarte
Super easy, delicious! You roll a pack puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf (there are for example at Lidl). Then you stroke about 1 pack Creme fraiche Cheese (or Schmand) on it and distributed about 125 g diced ham and a small, thinly cut red onion above that Tarte. If you like it even more hearty, you can also do something Gouda cheese sprinkle over the tarte before baking it at 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes. After baking, I still give some chives over the finished Flammkuchen – that not only tastes good, but also looks good!

6. Mini burger on a skewer
For the Mini burgers you roast little ones meatballs and put it with your favorite ingredients (Cocktailtomate, salad, cheese, Ketchup, Mayo) With toothpicks to little burgers together. The rolls are easily formed from the dough for Sunday rolls from the refrigerated shelf. How exactly that works, I have -> here explained.
