A conventional child seat often makes it difficult for mobile parents to travel or get from A to B. A high weight and a bulky fit are typical. Especially when traveling, a suitable alternative was missing until now. And then three fathers came along and developed the first inflatable and (almost) indestructible child seat for children zw. 0-5 years – the successor HY5.
Due to the lack of alternatives, three fathers have joined forces and designed a safe child seat with comfortable features for traveling.
After careful development, the inflatable child seat was finally launched on the German market at the end of 2017/beginning of 2018 – its successor, the HY5. This currently scores with its light weight and with the high-quality SAS system. In preliminary tests with the HY5, all requirements were met with a concept that has never been seen before.

The highest quality of safety is guaranteed by the car seat. Intensive testing procedures, including crash testing, have proven the high level of safety. Energy absorbing, flexible and extremely stable features are the characteristics of HY5.
Many child seats are designed frontally. The successor HY5 relies on the rear-facing system. In case of emergency, the force transmission is distributed over the entire back of the child, resulting in maximum damping of the force and thus acting like a protective airbag.

Successor HY5 – materials from rafting sport
rafting requires a particularly durable material. This particularly robust mix of materials is also a key component of the HY5. The HY5 has undergone multi-stage, extensive testing at world-leading test facilities. The behavior of the materials under the impact of a foreign body has been tested in professional crash tests. Neither a crayon from the child nor extreme pressure can harm the HY5.

Successor HY5 – maximum mobility included
There are no limits to mobility with the specially designed car seat – the SAS system ensures safety and has excellent functionality. Easy handling ensures quick readiness for use.
When not in use, the car seat is simply put into the transportable state by letting the air out. So it takes up little space. The light weight of just under 5 kg and the transportable size make the car seat a perfect companion.
The inflatable child seat successor HY5 can be transported in its own carrying bag or in a backpack that is exactly suitable for it.
Successor HY5 – suitable for babies and toddlers
The child car seat is suitable for children between 0 and 5 years of age. The successor HY5 is equipped with a newborn inlay which ensures the reclining position for the very small ones. Because it does not require an isofix, it can also be placed in the required reclining position.
On the back of the child’s seat, facing the driver, the HY5 has a warning light that indicates the appropriate fuel level. Parents can thus see at a glance whether the fill level is correct. And if you’re worried that your little ones might break the seat with a sharp pencil – don’t worry, thanks to the durable materials used in rafting.
Successor HY5 has a lot of comfort and a low weight
In group 0/1 the inflatable car seat is considered the lightest model of all time. The comfortable weight of less than 5 kg makes it easy to handle. A supplied high performance battery pump makes the HY5 ready to start.
Due to its light weight and easy handling, the car seat can be made ready for use at any location. The inconvenient removal and installation is now a thing of the past. A compact carrying bag can be flexibly taken anywhere and contains a superlative car seat.
