Cosmos World – Malaysia’s largest indoor theme park on the 9th floor of the Times Square shopping mall in the center of Kaula Lumpur near the main shopping street Bukit Bintang. The little ones love the bumper cars and carousels and the bigger ones love the roller coaster.
National Science Center: With practical scientific experiments, a dinosaur exhibit, optical illusions and even a walk on the moon, you can create little Einstein here. The center also houses Malaysia’s first freshwater aquarium with 32 species of freshwater fish. Address: Science Center Persiaran Bukit Kiara Bukit Damansara, Bukit Kiara, 50662 Kuala Lumpur. Sunway Lagoon – Many like to spend the hot Malaysian days in the water parks. The popular Sunway Lagoon is just 15 minutes from the center of Kuala Lumpur. Here you can have fun in the waters of Africa or the rapids of the Grand Canyon, or on a dry rollercoaster ride.
Mines Wonderland – Is like a colorful fair with rides, mini golf, fountains and lakes and toy train rides. Well suited for cooling off, the ice sculptures with miniatures of many sights.

Underwater World Island Aquarium – The Island Aquarium Underwater World Langkawi is not the biggest, but it is a pleasant way to spend a few hours away from the beach. The penguins are particularly popular with kids.
Fast track speed zone – Ideal for fathers and sons and everyone who loves speed on a Malaysia vacation. The open air go-kart track offers 1,000 meters full of hairpin bends and some good straight stretches to turn up the pace. Full protective equipment is provided. There are two go-kart versions, a fun one for the younger ones and the fast pro Yamaha.
Kilim Nature Park – Take a boat trip through the mangrove landscape. In between there is a stop in the bat cave of Gua Kelawar and then the fish are fed in the fish farm. Usually an eagle feeding is part of the program, it is beautiful to see the free-flying majestic eagles catching the pieces of food, but unfortunately this is anything but species-appropriate.
Vacation with toddler or teens – the activities on Penang
Hotel tip on Penang: The Hard Rock Hotel Penang where the action never ends. The renovated hotel is located on the northern Batu Ferringhi beach. Here you will find one of the largest free-form pools (2,400 m²) in the world – complete with sand, islands and slides. In the Lil ‘Rock Kids Club you take care of the 3 to 12 year olds in the Teen Club, teenagers from 13 to 18 find entertainment.
Orang Utan Island – The island is different from the usual zoo – on the Orang Utan Island, previously captive great apes are prepared for life in the wild.
