Mallorca Excursion Overview:

Full tour details:

Join us at Nofrills Excursions on our unique day trip to the valley of Soller and Valldemossa.

This excursion takes us first to Valldemossa. Here you can stroll through the quiet, cobbled streets or relax and enjoy a coffee while eating one of the local delicacies such as “Coca de Patatas” (small sponge cake based on potatoes). At this time of day we usually have the charming city for us. You can join our guide for a relaxing walk through the streets or visit the Carthusian monastery and the house of the famous composer Chopin at your own pace (entrance fees are not included).

After Valldemossa we board the bus for a wonderful tour of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site and protected by UNESCO. We will pass the picturesque towns of Llucalcari and Deia. Have your camera ready because the day is not over yet. Our next stop is the pretty town of Soller.

The spectacular valley of Soller, famous for its magnificent orange and lemon groves and its quaint tram ride included in the price. If you visit these areas, you can discover the most natural beauty of the island and fall in love with the precious landscapes that you have experienced throughout the day.

We’ll arrive in Soller Valley around 1:30. First we visit the old village of Soller, where you can take a pleasant walk to visit the most important sights of the village, such as the main square, the Can Prunera Museum, the modernist bank of Soller, the church of Soller and many other interesting places.

If you like art, you can also visit the Picasso Ceramic Museum. We will stay about 90 minutes in Soller and there will be enough time for lunch (not included). In the town of Soller you will find a wide selection of cafés and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Mallorcan dishes, a menu of the day or just a snack.

You will also have time to relax in Soller while enjoying an orange juice or an orange ice cream, both of which are a must in this valley known for its delicious oranges.

Around 15:00 o’clock we take the tram to Puerto de Soller, the journey with the tram takes about 25 minutes.

In Puerto de Soller you have about an hour of free time to explore this enchanting natural harbour.

After visiting the port of Soller, our bus takes us back to the hotels.
