Meals are an important part of the children’s daily routine. We cover (as far as possible) together the table, eat together, clean up together and help each other. The dining area is discreetly separated from the play and group events, so that the children can use their full concentration on it.
For the lunch meals we serve only valuable food (including organic products, regional cultivation, etc.). Meals are prepared externally in a special kitchen and delivered fresh for lunch daily.
Our housekeeping staff prepare their own daily breakfast and afternoon snack and pay attention to a varied offer. Of course, on selected days there is sometimes a small sweet.

nutrition concept
Our nutrition concept is especially valuable and balanced.
A wholesome diet provides your children with all the nutrients they need for their growth and development. It supports the performance and compensates for the deficits of a one-sided diet.
breakfast
Our breakfast includes one over 5 days varied diet with cereals and muesli, hearty bread with sausage / cheese and also a “sweet” morning with yeast cake and fruit spread. The breakfast meets the requirements of the German Nutrition Society (DGE) and is provided by our housekeeping staff daily fresh prepared.
Having lunch
We offer daily fresh, varied dishes so that the children are provided with a full, healthy and of course delicious lunch. We have after intensive comparisons u.a. because of the taste for Cali’s organic catering from Hofheim decided. There is a fresh lunch for us with a few minutes transport time cooked, the highest German food standards, the Organic Certification (Abcert) and EU certification, reached. Our menus and menus are seasonal and based on the recommendations of the German Nutrition Society (DGE).
This is possible through the consistent use of quality high-quality regional organic products out controlled organic farming. The meat is e.g. from the butcher shop Kleinhenz from Oberleich-tersbach, the eggs from Ralf Fellmann from Limburg and fruit and vegetables from the regional wholesale supplier “Phoenix Natural Products”.
The use of flavor enhancers, preservatives, colorings and additives is completely dispensed with. This supports the natural taste buds of the children and guides them in a life-building direction.
It will daily only fresh food used for cooking. Sauces, stews, salads and desserts are freshly made every day according to our own recipes. Even potatoes are washed and peeled in the house. Salads are freshly prepared in the morning. We attach great importance to the use of fresh herbs and our own salad dressing. Cold-pressed oils are used exclusively for salad dressings.
Quark and yoghurt dishes, puddings and the like, as well as cakes, are also produced in-house, whereby we try to use as little sweeteners as agave syrup or whole cane sugar. Since the immune system of infants has not yet fully developed, the use of honey is completely omitted.
The lunch will be without the addition of flavor enhancers, emulsifiers or the like. handmade and freshly prepared daily delivered to us.
Hard or sharp-edged foods such as nuts or the like can not be used in our infant foods. The main difference to the nutritional concept of children from the age of three is the seasoning of food. The dishes are only mildly seasoned with natural spices. Spicy spices are completely omitted.
In a cycle of 20 days of eating, there are usually:
Daily cereals, cereal products and potatoes (at least 4x of them whole grains on request)
Daily vegetables or salad in the fresh or cooked state (raw food, salad, vegetables)
At least 8 x fruits
At least 6 x milk and dairy products
Maximum 8 x meat or sausage (of which at least 4x lean muscle meat)
At least 4 x sea fish (alternatively also an alternative from sustainable breeding)
snack
The afternoon snack is freshly prepared by our housekeeping staff.
We offer one Organic certified snack such as daily fresh fruit on.
mealtimes

For lunch, we only serve high quality foods (including organic products, regional produce etc.). The meals are prepared externally in a special kitchen and delivered to us every day in time for lunch.
Breakfast and afternoon snacks are prepared every day by our own domestic staff. We ensure that a varied range of foods is offered. Of course, there will be a small sweet treat on selected days.
