The Meindl Respond Junior is a multifunctional children’s shoe that is ideal for adventures in the nature is prepared. The Junior Litegrip sole and the velor mesh surface make the hiking shoe light and breathable.

With the many color combinations, the Meindl Respond Junior meets every taste and is a favorite with children in everyday life. The children’s shoe is high-quality and robust due to the combination of Suede leather and mesh fabric. With its durable surface, the shoe is the right companion for adventures in muddy and stony terrain. The easy-care leather surface is reinforced by a rubber cap at the front. As a result, the shoe does not wear off even when worn daily and the toes are protected against impact.
In addition, the high rubber sole runs around the shoe and forms a waterproof shell for the foot. The Meindl Respond is flexible with the Junior Litegrip sole fitted. With the heel of 2 cm, the child feels no sharp stones through the thick sole and at the same time the light rubber sole offers a flexible walking experience. The deep profile of the abrasion-resistant sole ensures the necessary grip in the field and supports the natural rolling movement of the foot.

With the simple Lacing system children quickly put on the trekking shoes themselves and can pull the shoe firmly on the foot. The lacing extends far to the front for optimal adjustment. Inside, the soft padding ensures a pleasant walking sensation and prevents the formation of blisters on the foot. Especially at the ends, the interior is so padded that children simply slip into their shoes.
The high wearing comfort is supported by the air-conditioning footbed at the Respond Junior. This insole is the Air-Active footbed, which allows the child’s foot to breathe and cools it with fresh air. The insole can be taken out to dry and replaced with medical insoles if necessary. At around 200 g per shoe, the Meindl Respond Junior is a lightweight among hiking shoes and can be worn comfortably throughout the day.
