This morning at 7.15 am our Lara suddenly packed her suitcase and moved to the rainbow country.
We are all very sad and shocked.
Sweet Lara, we all miss you very much

Dear Lara,
you were always spirited and you couldn’t tell when you were 10 years old. You enjoyed the long walks in the forest with your owner so much and in the summer months romping and playing in the garden you found it wonderful. But it was most beautiful for you when your pool was filled with water, you could never get enough of bathing. Stealing cat food was your biggest hobby. When you came back from the walk your first way was to the kitchen and see if Nele and Felix still had food in their bowls, that was immediately plastered.
At the end of September you no longer wanted to eat, you got a fever from one day to the next and suddenly had water in your stomach. Peter and Geli went to the vet with you, you had to take water tablets for three days and then antibiotics because of the fever because an infection was suspected. But you were not feeling well and therefore went back to the vet, with ultrasound tumors were found in the liver. This news hit us hard because it was too late for an operation. How much time you had left was uncertain, but we hoped that you would be with us for a few more weeks because you suddenly felt better, you ate and drank again and the cat food was stolen from you again.
Then came October 9th, early in the morning you woke Peter up because you had to get out, you did your business in the garden, wanted to go back into the house, but your strength left you, Peter and Geli then carried you into the house and after a few short breaths you fell asleep peacefully in her arms.
Little sweet Lara we miss you so much, we will never forget you, you are in our hearts forever.
