Promotion of encounter and exchange projects with young people in the Greater Region (FRL-Saarländischer Jugendfonds)

The program promotes bi- and tri-national encounters among young people in the Greater Region. Projects are funded that enable encounters with young people from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Lorraine, Wallonia and Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles as well as the German-speaking community of Belgium. With the projects, the Ministry of Social Affairs would like to strengthen intercultural competence and offer the chance to get to know the greater region better.

The composition of the contents is not shown, so consumers cannot know either concentration or synthetic psychoactive ingredients – sniffed, smoked, swallowed or injected – which usually mimic the effects of amphetamine and ecstasy or cannabis.
