Amazingly large – surprisingly versatile!

Our daycare center is located on the corner of Bendenweg and Raiffeisenstrasse, integrated in the Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Haus. A development, play and exercise space for children between 2 and 6 years.

Each group room is so large that there is plenty of space to play, but there are also quiet corners for handicrafts, painting or reading aloud.

We offer that in the hallway children a changing range of games that you can have your say. This creates a movement corner with maxi components, a cladding corner or the large ball pit finds its place here.

We have our own large gymnasium with different materials that allow a wide range of movement and perception experiences.

If you can say that you had a good childhood, you can always look back on a loving home. On a seemingly eternally sun-drenched children’s life with wonderful Play, Wonderful stories, happy laughter, exciting discoveries and little secrets: you will never forget this time – for a lifetime!

Although a beautiful childhood still mainly arises in the parents’ house, as a kindergarten we are also a “temporary home” for a few hours every day, in which children can feel comfortable and develop at their own pace.

As a Protestant kindergarten, we can and want to make an intensive contribution. So that the children entrusted to us discover and understand God, the world and life out of loving security.

Our outdoor area offers some resources: two sand boxes, one of which is equipped with an awning and one with a climbing frame, a play hill with a slide and a water raft, and an adventurous rope landscape. There is also a bird’s nest swing and a play area for the little ones.

It is important to us that the children who come to us feel safe and secure. We challenge and support around 45 children every day. Even single children don’t stay alone for long. Yearly to celebrate we have exciting parties, e.g. Thanksgiving, St. Martin and the community festival. For this, they tinker, play, sing and rehearse.

Proper nutrition is also part of healthy development. Breakfast is prepared every morning in the form of a buffet by the educators and lunch is prepared by our own cook. This is a fresh, varied and balanced diet, prepared for children, so that there is something for every taste. In the afternoon, when the hunger picks up, we offer a round of fruit, with crispbread, rusks, rice cakes and fruit that the season has to offer.
