Reconstruction gymnastics and recovery courses
After the birth of your child, you can start the recovery gymnastics and recovery courses as early as the first month after birth. However, you should not expect your body so fast after childbirth sports performance. Reconstructive gymnastics is about promoting the regeneration of the muscles and internal organs – especially the pelvic floor muscles. In any case, it is important to re-strengthen the body, which has undergone significant changes due to pregnancy and childbirth, six to eight weeks after birth by targeted gymnastics and counteract the consequences such as uterine prolapse and / or urinary incontinence. After the birth of the child, your body feels completely different and has changed. The most massive changes have been experienced by the uterus and pelvic floor, which have also done the most. The body needs protection and rest, but also a suitable movement to promote the regression of the uterus and strengthen the pelvic floor.
The training units of the Rückbildungsgymnastik should therefore systematically build on each other. Successively, the pelvic floor, back, chest, buttocks, leg, arm and abdominal muscles should be rebuilt and strengthened within seven weeks. The courses can usually be settled directly through the health insurance.
