Qi Gong for children in preschool and primary school

Children need playful, child-friendly access so that they can have fun with Qi Gong. By conveying certain images, the child finds himself in a certain situation and acts accordingly. We start with the shapes, e.g. characterize a bear. Every child moves like a bear according to their ideas and feelings. The child expands his or her movement with questions and support. Together we get the essentials from the various performances.

The children’s imagination is further stimulated by painting, looking at pictures, listening to stories and poems.

Creative learning is the key to effective learning, access to new opportunities. In addition, the immune system is strengthened and all body functions are brought into harmony. All together improves the motor skills, the concentration, the body feeling and the self-confidence.

The child is led to the Qi Gong exercises with pictures, thoughts and ideas.

What does a relaxation course for children look like??

Children Qigong: Examples of different relaxation exercises for children.

We take stories about animals . We feel like the animal in history. Every child can be their animal as it comes out of it. Together, we approach the animal’s qualities: brave, smart, prudent, strong, agile, proud, and much more.

As a result, the expression of the child with the animal in motion and facial expressions are emotionally anchored.

Many animal exercises are classic qigong exercises. The imagination is encouraged, it is "animal" fun and thereby additionally strengthens the sense of responsibility towards other living beings.

We take our everyday activities such as washing and showers. We do this imaginatively with soaping, rubbing and rubbing and massaging our body with it.
