Our daily being together
- In day-to-day coexistence, it is very important for us educators to accept the next in all their strengths but also weaknesses and to treat the children equally.
- Through the example of the educators, the children learn to be considerate of others, to apologize, to accept others, even if it is sometimes difficult.
- Through action and reaction, the child weighs up and decides what is "good" and what is "bad". The child forms his conscience through the support of the educators and the experience in the group. This formation of conscience must be protected and cared for from the beginning in order to give the child security.
- Many children with different cultures, languages and religions live in our kindergarten. By grasping this “differentness”, the children learn the basics about other cultures and learn to deal with them and to accept them.
Our pedagogical action
In order to introduce the children to the Christian faith, there is the possibility of religious education unity compared to free play. It is thus possible to deal intensively with the relevant topics in small groups. The smaller number of children can create an atmosphere of security and being accepted. It provides a framework for responding appropriately and individually to each child. In the form of the picture book, children are taught biblical stories in a child-friendly way. Role-playing games and units with laying material support the content of the religious stories. Each child has the opportunity to "engage" with their own beliefs and deepen experiences. The annual festivals are discussed, prepared and celebrated with the children. there learn the Children know the traditions and cultures of their own and other religions. We visit the church with our children to prepare, sing, and pray for services.
