The Römer car seat Duo Plus shows no weaknesses in the child seat test. Thanks to Isofix, he was the test winner in the ADAC test.
Child safety is a top priority for car seat buyers. It is all the more important that the car seat also meets the high standards of independent testers from Stiftung Warentest or ADAC. This is the case with the Römer Duo Plus car seat. The child seat can with different fastenings can be anchored in the car. The normal 3-point belt or the Isofix system are available. The latter offers optimal safety because the standardized Isofix firmly connects the child seat to the car. A color indicator shows the correct attachment. The Duo Plus is one of the child seats in group 1. It is suitable for children from 9 months to 4 years. This corresponds to a weight of 9-18 kilograms. It measures 60 centimeters in height, 46 centimeters in width and 49 centimeters in depth. The Römer Duo Plus with Isofix is equipped with an anti-tip system. In the event of an accident, the rotational movement and the forward movement of the seat are prevented. The sitting position and the headrest can be adjusted several times without this child lift out. Shoulder pads reduce the strain on the child’s body during braking and crash.
